To KollectibleKulture followers, I am proud to introduce you to 'I'm Glad Klaus Isn't My Brother,' an Ardabus Rubber custom Labbit.. This piece is predominantly acrylic based paint, some sprayed. He's been working on taking his flat imagery (canvass) and translating that onto toys. As I personally live with a canvass to toy artist, I say HATS OFF to you Ardabus Rubber, I know this is no easy feat. "Even though it's more 'minimal' in terms of the details (and in comparison to my other work) it seems fuller and stronger... i guess less really is more!"
Cool little side note about the way he names his pieces: "all of my canvas' have weird names, and i figured it's time to stop making up names like Henry and Paco for my customs and just start naming them the way that comes natural to me." I couldn't agree more... follow your instinct. I love the name!
Wanna buy this guy? In just a few, he will be available at Ardabus' Online store, check in so you don't lose your chance.
