Mauricio Murillo - Gummy art?

Okay, so to this guy "Laughter is Life" and let me tell you, he lives that to a T! If you don't know who he is, start getting familiar. His name is Mauricio Murillo and right now he is known around the Kidrobot boards for his Gummy photos and fantastic, vibrant custom toys. Personally, I want the green custom with the matching shoe, classic. 

If you are going to be in the Florida area in August, you definitely want to check out his Solo Show! His work will be showcased at the Art Affair Gallery in Sanford, Fl on August 12, 2010. This will definitely be a unique event as Mauricio I will be doing a four wall installation along with debuting new Gummy Photos, Painting, Toys, Shoes and a real life display so we get a chance to see how he actually photographs his pieces. That's not the only unique aspect of this show; there will also be a Silent Art Auction showcasing the works of Murillo and other great artists, raising money for the Icla Da Silva Foundation. The funds raised for the foundation are used in matching bone marrow donors with child and adult Leukemia patients, helping save lives.
